Photos in the listing are from the same complex and accurately show the unit’s space. If you wish to see a video of one of these beautiful apartments, please text me your cell phone number and request a copy. This property features a combined living/dining area. Section 8 vouchers and pets possible. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, water, and renter’s insurance. The application takes about 10 minutes. All adults must apply separately, referencing the same roommate. Applicants must provide contact info for two previous landlords and their current phone numbers (with permission to speak with me), a photo ID, a recent two-week pay stub, and proof of any extra incomes. Each applicant must use a separate credit card. After every adult completes the application steps, notify Meadowlark Property Management at (406) 945-0822. The platform charges a non-refundable $55 fee per applicant, covering credit and background checks as required by Montana law. When a lease is signed, the household receives a one-time $55 payment to offset this cost.
