Each bedroom includes carpet flooring, a window which offers great natural light and ceiling fans. The closets add a marvelous feature which include custom storage shelving perfect for organizing! On this floor you will also find a full bathroom with a soaking tub. Additional shelving in the bathroom makes for a wonderful linen closet and is the perfect space for extra storage. In addition to all of the great features throughout the home, there is also a full-sized washer and dryer included! There is a $50.00 charge for water usage due in addition to rent.
