Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, multiple storage closets, and a laundry room with provided washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has another bathroom and large walk-in closet. A single car garage with electric opener is provided for your convenience. The cozy back yard is fully fenced. As an added bonus, the lawn maintenance as well as a quarterly pest control contract are included and paid for by the owner.
