Beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood with a country feel to it. Lots of horse properties in our neighborhood. We have reverse osmosis filtered water for drinking, and a soft water system for showers and baths. We offer a shared kitchen space and laundry room use. We may convert another bedroom into a kitchenette to add onto the room we're renting if you're interested in paying more rent when it's finished and completed, But for now we are asking $840 a month with all utilities included. We are the home owners Me and my wife live here, but we both aren't home a lot, because we have busy lives. We are looking for someone that has no evictions, with good consistent employment. 50 years and older are welcome, as well as preferably a male roommate. A background check will be done as well. 6 to 12 month lease available
