Here at Office App, LLC we have three connecting commercial property buildings with individual office spaces within each building (1. 4845, 2. 4919, and 3. 4939). We are conveniently located right off of the interstate by College Drive, behind Ruth's Chris, on Jamestown Ave. Our buildings provide Baton Rouge small business owners with a variety of personal and professional office spaces, that range from single-multi units. We provide our tenants with Cox high speed internet and updated heating & air conditioning. We also cover all utilities, trash services, and common area cleaning maintenance. Our properties come with two private parking lots for you and your clients. Each building is two stories and each has a similar layout that comes with many amenities. All buildings come equipped with small waiting areas, private restrooms, and personal kitchen areas located on each floor. The kitchen areas include a sink, microwave, and fridge to accommodate your needs for a full work day. Also, to ensure our tenants safety we have added a key card access system that is in place on all of our common area doors. This allows access into our buildings only with the possession of a key card. Our buildings are available to you 24/7.
