Very nice house with living room and 2 bedrooms down and one up. Remodeled kitchen and bath, nice patio out back lots of flower boxes. Stainless appliances. Utilities Not included, $200 water deposit and $35 monthly garbage fee. We do require an approved application in our office before we show properties. There is an application fee of $50 for each individual over 18. Your credit score must be 500 or above. Your application will be denied if you had a felony or a misdemeanor in the last 5 years or an eviction in the past 10 years.
