You’ll enjoy relaxing in the comfortably furnished living room as well as the bonus den/study area. In addition to the provided electric and water/sewer services, internet is included along with trash service and landscaping. This property is available now through April 30, 2026. Rent is $1,595.00 per month includes electric, water/sewer, internet, and landscaping. The security deposit is $1,595.00 per month. A $350 departure cleaning charge apply.
