This home is located about one mile from the famous South Strand beaches and only a few minute's drive to the Marshwalk with its shoppes and restaurants. The Coastal Grand Mall and Myrtle Beach International are only a short drive away as well. The lovely home can be your home away from home for the winter. The unit features two bedrooms and one-and-one-half baths. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for meal prep when you aren't visiting one of the Grand Strand's many fine restaurants. You’ll enjoy relaxing in the comfortably furnished living room as well as the bonus den/study area. In addition to the provided electric and water/sewer services, internet is included along with trash service and landscaping. The home is available starting August 2026 through May 2027 with a 3 month minimum. Rent is $1,495 per month and includes electric, water/sewer, internet, and landscaping. The security deposit is $1,495 per month. A $350 departure cleaning charge will be applied. This property must be rented for over 90 days. Pets are not permitted in this property. Southern Coast Management professionally manages this property. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Keys can be obtained by appointment to view the property until 3 pm.
