This top level unit has beautiful city views with lots of light. You will love sitting on the porch at night to watching the sunset with the city background. The avenues is a very quiet place but at the same time provides lots of activities a short distance away with the city life. You will also love the convenience of everything being so close, just a few listed below. Great place for someone that is a student or that works at the University of Utah, LDS hospital and other downtown companies.
