Valli Hi is one of SLC's most unique properties. The architecture from the 1960 is brilliant. It has a vintage yet modern feel with totally renovated apartments that have new appliances, updated fixtures, and all the modern comforts. Each apartment home includes luxury vinyl planks, LARGE closets, vintage aesthetic, totally updated kitchens, new windows, flooring, appliances, quartz countertop, washer and dryer in unit, and much more! The views are fantastic and the community is awesome. The location is great! Downtown is just a short walk—great Restaurants and the State Capitol all very walkable.

I lived at Valli Hi with a female roommate and never once felt unsafe in the area. Any time anything was wrong with something, maintenance would be at our house as soon as possible. The court yard area is so much fun and everyone at the time I lived there was very nice. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone to live here. Especially if you’re looking for somewhere safe while still being in the city.
