The unit boasts an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen on the first floor and the bedrooms and full bathrooms on the second floor. Please do not call. Tenant will be responsible for completing application and providing necessary documents there is a $38 application fee. Text me the full names and emails of the primary occupants and I will send you the application. The application will ask the following: Applicant Information, Additional Occupants & Pets, Income & Employment, Previous Residences, credit report. This report can be used by the tenant for other lease applications, as well! -First month, last month and security deposit is required. The security deposit can be financed over the course of the lease.
