I lived here for 2 years and it wasn’t bad. Moving in wasn’t the best though. They ended up giving me the wrong floorplan because they had the unit I applied for listed incorrectly on the website. My AC went out two days after I moved in and when they set up the washer and dryer in the unit they forgot to put the drainage hose in the wall.. so when I used the washer it pretty much flooded my whole apartment. It was annoying but honestly that was the worst of it. I probably put in 3 maintenance requests the whole time I was here and rarely had to visit the front office for anything. I really don’t have many complaints. It’s quiet for the most part but just be careful cause there are a lot of children that play outside. Traffic can get bad because there’s an elementary school right by the entrance. Cops tend to be around a lot sometimes too but overall it’s a decent place to live at.
