Main floor has living room, dining room and bonus room perfect for a small office. Kitchen is on the lower level along with the washer/dryer hookups, storage and exit to the fenced back yard. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. 3rd level is fully finished. Rent: $950 Security Deposit: $1500 Tenant Pays: electric, water, sewer, trash, oil and Renter's Insurance Tenant is responsible to shovel of the snow, mowing the grass and taking out the trash on garbage day. One application per person over 18. Application fee is $25/person. Minimum monthly NET income is $3000. Must have proper documentation. We do run a full background check. Any felonies, landlord tenant complaints or evictions in the past 5 years will prevent your application from being approved. If you meet the minimum income requirement, please visit our website to schedule a showing. Prefer NO pets but will consider on a case by case basis.
