The bathroom includes a bidet for added comfort. There is a 3-season porch in back that is available for tenants to relax in during the warmer months. Tenants are responsible for electricity, internet and renters insurance. Parking is street-only. Pets are negotiable. All applicants must view the unit in person. Successful applicants should have a gross household income of 3x rent, credit score of 600+ with on-time payments and no collections, and a clear landlord and criminal background check supplied by rental application. All occupants over 18 must submit an application.
