A great size apartment and well located! This spacious apartment is just off Damen Avenue and one block from Chicago Avenue, a Mariano's grocery store and great restaurants, bars, and shops. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1300 sq. ft. apartment is on the second floor of a small condo building on a quiet residential street. It has a small front balcony and a large sunny deck out back. The front room is a large open format with enough space for a living area, dining table, and desk. The kitchen is large with good appliances including dishwasher and microwave, recently updated cabinets and granite counters, and a lengthy breakfast bar. The master bedroom easily fits a queen bed with dressers and end tables. The sizable master bath has a double vanity and big shower. The slightly smaller second bedroom can still fit a queen and has additional closet space. The second full bath has a shower-tub combo. Amenities include in-unit laundry with a good quality washer and dryer, central heating and A/C, a gas started fireplace, ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom, and hardwood floors throughout. One parking spot is included that is partially covered in the back and additional permitted parking can be found on out front on Superior St. Cat friendly. No smoking.
