This is a very clean, recently renovated home situated on a tree lined corner lot within the gated community of Hampton Village in Roseville. This newly upgraded home has a spacious entry with clear sight lines to the open, vaulted living room with a formal dining room and bright, white kitchen beyond. There are two secondary bedrooms off of the separate left side hallway and the primary suite to the right boasts a very tastefully remodeled bath with custom tile and double vanity. Walking through the home, you will find a separate dining area with built in, lighted shelving and a bright, inviting kitchen to the left. The fully equipped laundry room leads out to the two-car garage with plenty of shelving and overhead storage for all of your off-season items. This home is in Hampton Village HOA and while the HOA fees are included in the price of rent, tenant must comply with all rules and regulations including parking all vehicles in the 2-car garage. If you cannot fit your vehicles in the garage, please do not apply. Front yard lawn service is paid by owner. Dogs will be considered but the owner will have final approval on breed, size and temperament preferences. If approved, there will be an additional security deposit of $600.00/pet.
