Our unit and all others enter from the courtyard, so there is no street traffic outside. Nestled in Brockton Village neighborhood downtown West, Downstairs is the unit owner's apartment. Their lifestyle is quiet, meditation / yoga holistic / musical (quiet, and contained a soundproof studio). Neighbours on both sides are very quiet. It is an organized mature community of arts – related families and professionals. Altogether the two apartments, yours, and the owner's below form one four storey unit, each with its own entrance, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, deck, and laundry.
