The Rigatoni Residence is only 2 miles from downtown and Falls Park. Cleveland Park, the Zoo, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail are all within walking distance. The home includes 2 nice sized bedrooms, one with an ensuite bath, stainless steel appliances in stone countertops in the kitchen, including a bar top island. Relax in the private, fenced backyard with a raised bed for you to plant vegetables/herbs. Parking for up to 2 cars is available on the drive way. There is a washer and dryer in the home for tenant's use at no additional charge. Water, Electricity and cable are tenant's responsibility. The house is wired for Spectrum service. Tenant is also responsible for lawn maintenance. Landlord can perform lawn maintenance for an additional cost. Pets will be considered with an additional 1-time pet fee of $300/pet.
