Property Id: 954760 Secluded 3 level property with an area on the lower level that can be a mother-in-law apartment or just part of the normal living space. 4 beautiful, multi-level decks, one of them is a covered deck area with T.V. and cushioned seating. Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower is on the top floor along with another loft type area that can be a bedroom or an office, or we used it as both. Mid floor has open living room-Kitchen combined. All new cabinets and counter tops. Alos has another bedroom on the mid floor along with another full bath. We have used this house as an AirBNB prior and are debating on offering that again as we love to come and enjoy it occasionally or if we found the perfect tenant that would love and care for it as we do then we would rent it. We do month to month as if for any reason you need to break the lease, change of jobs, life change etc. we do not want to punish you or ourselves to make a change. All we need is a 30-day written notice.
