Additional amenities include laundry hookups in the basement, central A/C, and on-street parking. Lease term: 12 months minimum (with potential for renewal) Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for water, sewer, gas, electric, and trash. Tenant is responsible for lawn/shrubbery care, and snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $55 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually. Located in Lawrenceville and is surrounded by Butler Street corridor, as well as nearby Bloomfield, Polish Hill, and the Strip District. It also offers convenient access to Troy Hill across the river and is just a short drive from major hubs like Shadyside and East Liberty, providing easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment, and city amenities.
