Comfortably furnished with everything you need for your stay; queen bed, YouTube TV, coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette. Large windows on two sides, incredible hardwood floors, one reserved off street parking spot, additional open street parking available on a first come basis. In unit washer/dryer. Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Approx. 450 sq. ft. SHOWINGS: in person tours are available when vacant. If occupied, please watch the video tour. APPLIANCES: Microwave, Toaster, Small Refrigerator, Cooktop, Washer/Dryer. PARKING there is a designated parking spot behind the unit off of 4th street, or you may park in front of the unit off of E street APPLY at expertprops. com or CALL us at 541-899-7789 to reserve. COSTS: $300 per monthly utility fee, which covers all utilities, plus a TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. Renters insurance required. There is a one-time $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee, PETS One small dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats not allowed. SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home. TENANT PAID UTILITIES nothing outside of the utility fee mentioned above. Unless utility charges are over a reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
