This is a recently remodeled, totally self-contained 1-bedroom apartment with soundproofed wall separating the unit from the main house. Month-to-month lease, but available on an ongoing basis (looking for someone who's planning to stay for at least 6 months or more). WILLING TO CONSIDER A SMALL DOG UNDER 30 LBS (has a doggy door which leads to a side yard area). **Note: BE SURE TO READ ALL CAREFULLY & RESPOND WITH THE INFO REQUESTED BELOW IF YOU WANT TO HEAR BACK FROM ME. Everything’s included. All you'll need to bring are your clothes and your laptop (no space available for any of your own furniture or for storage of large personal items). This unit is a recently completed addition to my 4-bedroom house in one of the best sections of Huntington Beach (2 miles from the ocean). Has its own separate street address & mailbox (it's a fully permitted "ADU"). Full size washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop, blender, Keurig, toaster, dishes, cookware, silverware, towels/linens/blankets, WiFi, TV with Netflix, Paramount+, AppleTV, Roku, A/C, ceiling fans, full XL mattress, good closet space & large dresser drawers. Utilities are also included. I require a $2500 security deposit (fully credited towards last month's rent if you give the proper 30 days notice). Looking for a mature individual who's generally the quiet type. Prefer someone who wouldn't be bringing in regular guests or visitors as this is adjacent to my own residence and I value my peace and quiet. NON-SMOKER ONLY. Also no 420, drugs or vapor, and no loud music or musical instruments. I'm a 76 year old retiree, live alone, very quiet. I'm kind of particular about who I'll rent to, so for anyone interested, please tell me as much about yourself as you're willing to share including job description, income details, and reason for moving (*please also attach one or two photos of yourself (& also of your dog if you have one).
