Insane amounts of living space, the main level has a full bathroom, one bedroom, two large living spaces, a dining area and a kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space. The top level of this apartment has another full bathroom, with a skylight, and two bedrooms both with incredible views of Superior, one with access to the balcony. The lower level has private access with keypad lock, two stall garage, washer and dryer and an additional living or storage space. Electric Heat! Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1695 as well as electric, gas, sewer, and water utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
