Off-street parking in the back. However, we plan to build steps from the parking area to the back as we just completed some landscaping. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and a full bath. The main floor has a dining room, kitchen, and living room. The basement has a free washer and dryer and another room that is mainly used for storage. Due to fire code restrictions, you cannot use this room as a bedroom. Awesome location. Directly behind the Chester Creek Cafe and near VIP Pizza and UMD. A high-efficiency gas furnace helps keeps the heating costs down along with a gas stove and water heater. Ideal resident(s) have excellent credit and rental history and make at least 3 times the rent that can be verified. You will also have to pass a background check. The fee is $40 per adult. Will consider a co-signor for students. For the fastest response, reply to the questions we send via e-mail. Pet?
