About 19 Senders Ct
I am currently looking for someone to fill one of the two empty rooms in my house for one year. It is a private bedroom with ample closet space. There is for a twin or full bed, drawers, a night stand, and small work desk. We will share the kitchen, bathroom and the washer/dryer. There is a driveway and on street parking, a large backyard, a deck, and an enclosed porch that you will have access to. There are 2 rooms available, but I am hoping to fill the most recently renovated space in order to maximize privacy. The room can be decorated to your liking and can come furnished as is if you desire. Ideally we will find ONE person that we can fill the spot and mesh well with us. Preferably this roommate will be a young professional late 20s+, or a graduate student. I live with my partner (we are a gay couple). We are pretty boring and busy people. I teach FT in downtown at a public school and I manage to juggle taking 2 classes this semester (1 at Harvard 1 at UMASS). Needless to say I'm usually not at home and when I am all I want to do is unwind and sleep haha. My partner is in the middle of a career change and decided to go back to school. He is working towards a degree in Healthcare IT and working part time while doing it. We are super easy-going people, clean, laid back, all those positive things you want to hear, that's what we are! We also have 10lb dog that barely makes any noise and just sits down on sofas and watches Netflix with us. The dog is hypoallergenic and does not shed. We also have a roommate who lives in the garden level, straight male. He has his own bathroom and living room area and usually comes upstairs to use the shared kitchen space or to hang out. We are fortunate enough to all really get along well! I am asking for $600/month including all utilities (electricity/water/oil heat/high speed internet, use of washer and drier/central air/ grill and outdoor area off street parking) Tons of awesome things a short drive away. There are 2 bus routes (33 and 40) just at the end of the street. Commuter rails (Hyde Park Station on the Providence Stoughton Line and the Fairmont Station on the Fairmont/Readville line) are a 5 minute drive away. Please let me know if you have any questions.
