This beautiful condo with lots of storage throughout plus a pantry, stainless steel appliances, a stackable washer/dryer, and a large eat-in area. There is a fenced-in backyard/common area that you share but you have your own back deck. TWO parking places. The deposit is $1000.00. The owner pays for POA and waste/trash and the renter pays for water and electricity. No pet is preferred but the owner is willing to discuss.
