There is a fenced-in backyard/common area that you share, but you have your own back deck. TWO parking places. The deposit is $1000.00. The owner pays for POA and waste/trash, and the renter pays for water and electricity. If you have a pet, it is a $500 non-refundable deposit per pet plus $50 monthly per pet. Only 2 pets allowed.
