Criminal history standards- We are looking for Residents who have a positive history of being law abiding, responsible, community members. Credit history standards- We are looking for Residents who have a positive history of financial responsibility. We are not able to accept applicants who have charge offs or negative reports for utilities including cell phones. Previous and current home standards- We are looking for Residents who have a stable, positive rental history of taking care of their current and previous homes and paying rent on time.
