The owner does not allow smoking in or around the home. A small dog may be considered on a case by case basis and a non-refundable pet fee + monthly pet rent may be required. Lawn care is included. Tenants are required to provide proof of renter's insurance and are responsible to pay all utilities and put in their name. Lease agreements are drafted by an attorney and are non-negotiable. The Holding Fee is refundable until the lease agreement is signed, at which time it becomes non-refundable until vacancy, as provided in the lease terms.
