Property Id: 2308028 I am a widower and I have a great career that I have been in over 25 years and this is my first house and hopefully my last. I am 100% honest and transparent. I am a Marine Veteran and I am very protective of everyone in my orbit. My Dog passed away this year and I will be getting another one that will be trained to be my service dog. I also plan to plant a garden and purchase some chickens to help reduce money spent on groceries for everyone living in my home as well as making as many improvements to my home to cut out going costs such as solar power etc. My ideal roommate would be single, open minded and have a great full time job. I would prefer no pets, but that can be discussed. She would have to be willing to basically help with the upkeep of the house and property (physically, not financially) with me as if she owned the home. Who knows this could be the start of a wonderful friendship. 2 rooms available to rent single females only please. I have had problems with males and attached females in the past. I will consider a married couple. I am moving into my new house currently . I would like to have a roommate or two to help reduce the amount of money that I have to put out every month.
