This is a small private apartment building with only 8 units and set in a pretty garden. This is an easy-to-clean home with brand new tile flooring (that looks like wood) and all counter tops are made of quartzite (which is a top-of-the-line man-made stone that is composed of mostly granite) in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a lot of storage in this home, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a linen closet in the hallway between the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a regular clothes closet plus a massive closet for the washer and dryer, plus there is a lot of extra space that can be used for extra storage, or even a small office.
