Incredible apartment with top-notch roommates. *Location = unbeatable. Directly on Union street, one of the best streets in San Francisco, filled with great restaurants, shops, and bars. Conveniently within walking distance to the famous 'Marina safeway' grocery store. Walking distance to a great park called Fort Mason. *Setup: Private room in a shared 4-bed apartment, with one 26 year old girl and two 28-year old guys -- each talented professionals. *Roommates are completely awesome -- super friendly and smart (frankly just amazing roomies). Each are involved the tech or business world, including venture capital, management consulting, and payments. A Harvard grad, Stanford grad and a female University of Florida grad. *Beautiful interior: we frequently receive compliments on the apartment when people walk in (such as 'wow, this is a nice place!). And indeed, it's a sweet apartment. *Fully furnished: Brand new fridge, huge TV, full kitchen with everything (pans, pots, etc), enormous couches. The room has a king-sized bed. *Freebies = washer/dryer on-site, water bill is paid for.
