Main level features a living room with comfortable seating and a mounted flat screen TV. Two bedrooms located off of the living room, the master is furnished with a queen size bed and has a private, full bathroom with a standard tub/shower. Second bedroom with a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom. Both bedrooms and living room have access to the awesome deck. Kitchen is equipped with electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Laundry/utility room is located on the lower level. The lower level has a small nook/reading area for quiet time! You will end up spending as much time as possible on the glorious deck! Wifi included. Tenant is responsible for electric utilities, water, and propane. House does come furnished. Owner will allow one dog only, no cats. Although Sammi Circle has a Boone address, this house located off Sampson Road. You take Aho Road to the Parkway, go right on the Parkway, and an immediate left to stay right onto Sampson. Take a right on Center Court Drive and an immediate left onto Sammi Circle. Jointly leased, the security deposit is the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
