A $650 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing. Included in the monthly rent is water, provided by a private well, lawn care, and trash pickup through Vixster. Electricity, serviced by Blue Ridge Energy, internet and cable, offered through Spectrum, and snow removal will all be responsibilities of the tenant.
