This unit has a washer and dryer (provided) in the basement/cellar along with additional storage space. The basement, washer and dryer are shared with the tenants in the 2nd floor apartment. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. The unit has central heat and air. This is a great 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the Highlands. This apartment sits on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. There are two similar sized rooms on the 2nd floor, both with freshly finished hardwood floors and good sized closets. The attic is a large, open carpeted room. I consider these 3 spaces as 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. Depending on how you want to set it up, any of these rooms could be bedrooms or a living room. It's approximately 1500 square feet with very spacious rooms. The unit was just completely remodeled ~6 months ago! Brand new carpet, new shower, vanity, toilet, light fixtures, refinished hardwood floors, new paint throughout, brand new A/C unit, new gas stove and built-in microwave. This unit has a washer and dryer (provided) in the basement/cellar along with some additional storage space if needed. The basement, washer and dryer are shared with the tenant in the other apartment. The access to the basement is underneath a deck and has about a 5 foot clearance (I have to duck a little bit to get down there, however it's better than having to drive to a laundromat!). Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent - tenant is responsible for LG&E and any cable or internet service. The unit has central heat, and central air with extra window A/C units available for the attic space if the central air isn't enough.
