The home also features plenty of outdoor amenities including a large screened in porch that opens up to a huge fenced in back yard. Washer and dryer are available onsite. You have the Citadel Mall, Gemstone Studios and Westwood Plaza all within walking distance from the property. There is a Harris Teeter located in the Westwood Shopping Plaza around the corner from the house and Total Wine is across from the Harris Teeter. Roper St. Francis is a five minute drive away and MUSC is a short drive downtown. This is a month to month rental. The homeowner is a busy professional male who will frequently be out of town, but may occasionally need access to the third bedroom and hall bathroom.
