Fully-furnished!! With brand-new waterproof floors and two king suites, this cozy beach cottage is the perfect place to relax, walk to the beach and enjoy nature. The house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is located within walking distance to downtown Rockaway Beach. It isn't uncommon to wake up to deer in the front yard. Wifi is included but tenant is responsible for other utilities. Dogs are welcome with a $1,000 refundable pet deposit. A refundable deposit is equal to one month's rent.
