About 18218 W 3rd Ave #3
Looking to replace a roommate in a small 2 bed 1 bath town-home who is moving out on May 16. I am a graduate student at Mines, quiet, and do my socializing elsewhere. Would prefer another student/graduate student. No couples, please. The house has a small deck and shared backyard that backs to a large open field and the complex has a coin-op washer and dryer. Kitchen has dishwasher/disposal and electric range. Most of the furniture is mine so there's not a whole lot of room for new stuff. The lease ends July 31 and at that time you would have the option of either renewing or moving out. Rent includes all utilities except electric and internet, which average about $40/month. A pet is negotiable with references and additional pet deposit/paperwork from the landlord. I have an older black lab that lives with me and stays in my room when I'm out. No smoking in the unit, I'm ok with 420 if you do it outside. In addition to the lease you must sign a roommate agreement which just lays out the split of the rent, utilities, etc. in writing to protect both you and me.
