Property Id: 864463 *NOT AFFLIATED WITH MARION MANOR* Located off West Chilhowie Street in Marion, VA our apartments are near multiple dining and retail options and are minutes away from parks, playgrounds, public swimming pools, trails, rivers and fishing streams, Hungry Mother State Park and lake, Holston Hills Golf Course and more! Our clean 2-bedroom apartment comes loaded with all the must-haves. Fully furnished kitchens with white appliances, beautiful countertops, & cherry cabinets will be the place of prepping family dinners and midnight snacks. Our apartments feature heat pumps, generous closets (making it easy to store and organize), & refreshing bathrooms. Please note: we are not part of Marion Manor that is subsidized housing. We are located within that apartment community, but our building is privately owned. We don't accept any housing vouchers & we also require a credit score of at least 620. Application fee is $55. We can allow up to two pets for an additional $20 per pet per month rent.
