Both bedrooms are outfitted with new carpet, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring runs throughout the rest of the unit. The bathroom has also undergone a complete makeover, with a new tub, toilet, vanity, and fixtures. The monthly rental rate is $950 and the new resident selected for this property must have a minimum gross monthly household income of $2,850 to qualify. We will also require that the applicant has no previous evictions or felonies. Credit and background checks will also be completed. There is a strict no smoking policy and a no pet policy that will be enforced throughout the term of the lease. The only appliance that is included in the rent is the dishwasher. Other appliances are not included but are available to rent.
