Absolutely adorable cottage on upper Poyntz Avenue (close to the high school). Close to everything but still a very private setting. On the main floor you will find the kitchen with a stainless steel gas range, stainless steel dishwasher, and black refrigerator. Eat breakfast in the breakfast nook with built-in bench or in the sunroom right off the kitchen. Through the kitchen is an office/sitting area. One bedroom and bathroom are also on the main floor. Upstairs could be used as two separate bedrooms or one large bedroom. Back downstairs and through the sunroom you will enter onto a beautiful stone patio.
