First floor, two-bedroom apartment of an up and down duplex. It's more like two separate apartments! Enter to a large living room with a very big bedroom and kitchen to the left and a full bathroom. The second downstairs "apartment" can be accessed form the stairs off the kitchen or from the side of the house with it's own separate entrance! The living space downstairs is huge, with a bedroom and second full bath. Washer/dryer hookups available. Tenant pays all utilities. Small dogs considered or acat. No smoking!
