Mr. Parker was both a preacher and a carpenter, hence the home's name. It's the perfect size for a small family or retired couple. Located 1.3 miles west of the Marion County Courthouse and the main traffic light in Hamilton. The property will be shown only to pre-approved applicants. Applicants must have a minimum Credit Score of 620 and verifiable income equal to 3X monthly rent (no co-signers).
