This rate does not apply to October 2026 - April 2027 rental. This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals. STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: The main level features a large, open floor plan with a living-dining area and a kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Just off of the kitchen is a small office area with an Apple computer for your use, a large pantry and laundry room. The oceanfront living and dining area lead out to a covered porch with comfortable seating and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. On this level there are 2 bedrooms with private baths along with a half bathroom in the hallway. The top level has the oceanfront primary bedroom which opens onto a covered deck with views from one end of the beach to the other. The attached private bathroom has a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, one that is oceanfront and one that is not. Each of these bedrooms has its own private bathroom. You will find an additional seating area on this level to get away, watch TV or read a book. When coming off of the beach you will find an enclosed outside shower on the ground level. There is also a double car garage.
