The primary bedroom is located on this living level and is furnished with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, television, and has its own private balcony that overlooks the marsh. Down the hall there is a full bathroom that services the nearby queen guest room and a laundry closet for convenience. At the end of the hall there is a spiral staircase at the edge of the kitchen that leads to the top floor. The top floor of this spacious condo consists of two twin sized beds and a full bathroom with walk in shower. Long range views from the enormous picture window yield sweeping ocean views and flood the room with natural light. There is a media area and sofa converts to a full sized sleeper bed, making this an extremely versatile area.
