FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. This gorgeous third floor end unit Wrightsville Dunes condo features fantastic sunrise and sunset views. As you enter “Sunrise Sunset” you are guided down the hallway to the main living area. The primary bedroom is located on this living level and is furnished with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, television, and has its own private balcony that overlooks the marsh. Down the hall there is a full bathroom that services the nearby queen guest room and a laundry closet for convenience. At the end of the hall there is a spiral staircase at the edge of the kitchen that leads to the top floor. The top floor of this spacious condo consists of two twin sized beds and a full bathroom with walk in shower. Long range views from the enormous picture window yield sweeping ocean views and flood the room with natural light. There is a media area and sofa converts to a full sized sleeper bed, making this an extremely versatile area. The kitchen has a pass-through window to the dining and living area. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Parking pass fee may apply. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa. Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve. Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
