STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. DESCRIPTION: This comfortably updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the second floor of the desirable Wrightsville Dunes Complex which is on the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach. Once inside of the condo you will enter a hallway that opens to the beautiful ocean view. To the left there is a second hallway that leads to the two sound side guest bedrooms and the newly renovated hall bathroom. The first guest room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and neighbors the second guest bedroom with two twin size beds. At the end of the hall you will find a full bathroom that serves the guest rooms and features a tub, shower, and lovely vanity with granite counter tops. Just down the main hallway you will be welcomed by the wonderful great room that features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The entire condo has been updated with gorgeous ceramic tile floors that boast an elegant wood grain finish and granite counter tops. A large sliding glass door and accented window fill the living room with natural light and entices you out to the gorgeous, covered patio facing the ocean. When returning from the patio to the living room on your right there are two French doors that open to the ocean front master suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a sitting nook where you can read a book while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforesee..

This gorgeous third floor end unit Wrightsville Dunes condo features fantastic sunrise and sunset views. As you enter “Sunrise Sunset” you are guided down the hallway to the main living area. The primary bedroom is located on this living level and is furnished with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, television, and has its own private balcony that overlooks the marsh. Down the hall there is a full bathroom that services the nearby queen guest room and a laundry closet for convenience. At the end of the hall there is a spiral staircase at the edge of the kitchen that leads to the top floor. The top floor of this spacious condo consists of two twin sized beds and a full bathroom with walk in shower. Long range views from the enormous picture window yield sweeping ocean views and flood the room with natural light. There is a media area and sofa converts to a full sized sleeper bed, making this an extremely versatile area. The kitchen has a pass-through window to the dining and living area. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Parking pass fee may apply. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa. Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles.
