A path was cleared last year into the woods, which the landlord calls, "Broken Woods Forest" after the 2025 ice storm. The home is within a few minutes of Menards, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Meijer, and Walmart, to name a few. It's also a quick drive to the I-75 expressway. For snowmobilers, skiers, boaters and outdoor enthusiasts, this area is ideal! The home is heated with propane gas and has central air throughout. Landlord covers costs of septic pumping (pumped in fall of 2024) and garbage service. All kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are included in the rent. Landlord pays for snow removal and has a contract with a company for this service. Tenants are responsible for the propane gas, electric and internet service in the home. Tenants also responsible for maintaining the lawn. We are looking for tenants interested in renting for a minimum of a year or longer. Perfect for small families; couples and those looking for a country atmosphere but close to all the conveniences Gaylord offers. A background and credit check are required.
