The house offers amble living space of 2,254 sf. and is located right off the corner of Broadway and Spence St. There are 2 rooms on the top floor, and 4 rooms on the second floor in total. Three of the rooms are currently rented by male occupants. Room sizes are approximately 10 X 13. The property is located at 179 Spence Street which is very close to Broadway Avenue (walking distance to bus and Pal's Supermarket). The home has a separate lavatory and bathing area on the second floor with another full bath in the basement. Laundry is available in the lower level. Remainder of house is shared by all occupants (living room, kitchen, etc.).RENT: $525.00 per month (includes all utilities. Plus $20.00 per month for Laundry/Water services. Rent will equate to be $545.00 in total. MOVE IN BONUS: Move in by April 15 and receive $50 off April rent. Move in by May 1 and receive $100 off May rent.PARKING: Street parking only. Tenant Restrictions: Due to City Regulations, only ONE person is permitted in each room. PETS: No pets permitted. Tenants are to furnish their rooms accordingly and the landlord will allow one small compact fridge in each room. Tenants cannot place hot plates or microwaves in their rooms.
