This is a nice house on a quiet street. The house has beautiful, original woodwork, unique features, hardwood floors, large bedroom closets, a front porch, small back porch, and a back yard. Our rentals are professionally cleaned before a new tenant moves in. The downtown Mt. Oliver shopping district, with a post office, stores, restaurants, library, etc. is within walking distance. There are bus stops nearby. This is a very central location, convenient to South Side, Downtown, Oakland, South Hills, etc. Lease Terms • Total household income (after taxes and deductions) must be at least 3.5 times the rent ($3325) • Tenant pays all utilities • $950 deposit to hold the house until your move in date • No pets • We are not participating in the Section 8 program for this house • To apply, submit proof of income (pay stubs for the last 2 months), application fee ($20 per adult, cash) and photo ID.
