Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, along with a $75/month fee for water. Pets are welcome! *There is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet. Upon approval, the security deposit will reserve the property exclusively for the approved applicant until the scheduled move-in date.
