Recreational activities include: hiking Blue Job and Parker mountains, visiting Little Niagra Falls, enjoying kayaking, boating and swimming at beautiful Bow Lake. The elementary school bus picks up and drops off K-8 students at the driveway. Students in grades 9-12 can choose to attend the desirable Coe-Brown Northwood Academy (tuition free) or the Spaulding High School in Rochester. Grass cutting and snow plowing provided. Rent is $3100 per month plus utilities (fuel, electric and internet). There is no cost for water and sewer. A well behaved dog will be considered with an additional fee.
