It has a one car insulated garage for parking with an open floor plan kitchen living area and all stainless-steel appliances. The first floor has a half bath for guests, finished storage under the stairs and an entry/coat closet. Traveling to the second floor with the custom black matte iron railing brings you to two equal size bedrooms that can fit a queen bed in each. These bedrooms have built in closets with wire mesh drawers eliminating the need for a dresser. The shared bath is directly across the hall with a large single sink vanity with a shower tub combination with semi-custom shower doors. The common area also has a linen closet. Down the balcony hallway takes you to the upstairs laundry room with a hanging rod, upper and lower cabinet with a new full-size washer and dryer which are included. The next room is a large primary bedroom that fits a king-size bed with a walk-in outfitted closet and a large primary bath that has a marbled top vanity and brass fixtures. The shower is a walk in with zellige tiles and a marble floor. The shower has both a fixed and a handheld shower head. The windows have privacy shades and are all operable. The back patio is 230 square feet of covered living space with a privacy screen between units. Furnished units available at additional cost. Call for availability. Rivercrest Residences is a master planned community with gated access controlled by an app. The property has landscaping with seasonal flowers at each front porch. The backside of the south units on Rex Road has green space with no formal walking trail to break up the sightline. The Rex Road north units have close access to the three fire pit areas with Adirondack Polywood chairs and the two grill pavilions with picnic tables and commercial grills. Late spring/early summer of 2026 should allow for additional green space to the west of the North Richards Ave units and the clubhouse with vending machine, ping pong and a conference/study area and the gym building with both strength training and cardio equipment.
